Wedding Cake Information
Wedding cakes are the centerpiece of your reception. To ensure that your wedding cake is as beautiful as your wedding day I will personally work with you to get all the details right. Bella Cakes provides personalized and professional service and strives to exceed our customer expectations with each and every order! I only take a limited amount of orders each week to make sure that every order is a work of art that tastes as good as it looks.
Wedding Cake Pricing
Wedding cake pricing is based on the complexity of the design chosen.
Wedding cake pricing starts at $8.00 per serving with the final per serving price determined by the design.
I offer kitchen cakes to supplement the wedding cake servings with the order of a 3 tier minimum 50 serving wedding cake.
I also offer cupcake towers. Cupcake towers include a complimentary 6" round top tier and complimentary delivery in Colorado Springs with the order of 150 or more cupcakes. Cupcake stands are available for rental.
Wedding cupcakes start at $3.50 per cupcake with the final price determined by the design and presentation.
Bella Cakes offers the complimentary 6" top tier of your wedding cake with the order of a 3 tier wedding cake that serves 60 or more guests!

My minimum wedding cake order for delivery is $400.00.
Bella Cakes offers complimentary delivery for weddings with 100 or more guests in Colorado Springs. Delivery fees will apply for destinations outside of Colorado Springs.
Wedding Cake Consultations
Bella Cakes offers several different options for wedding cake tastings and consultations.

Complimentary online consultation appointment to discuss, design, and quote your wedding cake. This type of appointment does not include tasting samples. This appointment can be done via Zoom, FaceTime, or email.
To go tasting box to take home and try in the comfort of your own home. There are 2 options for this type of tasting box:

$20.00 to go tasting box. The tasting box will include 4-6 cake flavors from what I am baking fresh that week. Bella Cakes will pick the cake flavors. The tasting fee is payable at the time of booking the to go box. Your to go box is not confirmed until your tasting fee is paid. All tasting fees are non-refundable.

$30.00 to go tasting fee. This is for the couple that is very particular about what cake samples they would like to try. The custom tasting includes 3 cake flavors of your choice from my list of signature cake flavors and 3 of Bella Cakes choice for you to try!! This tasting fee is payable at the time of booking the to go box. If you would like to add a flavor sample from my list of premium flavors it is a $10.00 fee per premium flavor. All tasting fees are non-refundable.

Bella Cakes also offers in person appointments that are $50.00 in my private cake studio. The in person appointments are for couples who are interested in ordering a 3 tier or larger wedding cake and working with Thena to create a custom one of a kind cake design.

The in person appointment includes tasting samples for you to try during your appointment. You will receive 3 samples of your choice and 3 from what I am baking fresh that week. Everything is personalized to the wedding couple for this appointment.
During your consultation I will go through cake designs, sizes, and presentation details. I encourage you to bring any pictures, sketches, color samples, or anything else you may want included in your wedding cake design. The appoinment usually takes about an hour. To make sure there is ample room for everyone there is a total of 3 guests allowed, including the bride and groom.
